Jakarta Delivery

Orders will be processed according to the following cut-off schedule:

• Monday – Friday: Shipping cut-off: 2:00 PM (WIB). Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

• Saturday: Shipping cut-off: 10:00 AM (WIB). Warehouse closes at 12:00 PM.

• Sunday & Public Holidays: No shipping service available.
  

Bali Delivery

For Bali area, shipping is available only via Instant / Same Day delivery.

Order cut-off:
Monday – Friday until 5:00 PM (WITA)

FAQ REFUND & COMPLAIN

To ensure service quality, please note the following policy:

• Complaints must be submitted within 3 days after the order is received.

• A full unboxing video (without cuts) is required as proof.

• Complaints without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
